A 17-year-old Beaver Local School District boy was cited into Columbiana County Juvenile Court after he allegedly took a vehicle belonging to Ashley Barnard on Oct. 1. The offense would constitute a first-degree misdemeanor charge if committed by an adult.
A 13-year-old East Palestine boy was cited on three charges. According to court documents, the boy is accused of taking a car battery belonging to Bill's Auto Repair on Nov. 24. Additionally, he is alleged to have both marijuana and a marijuana pipe in his possession on the same date.
A 15-year-old Leetonia boy was cited for fighting with another student at the high school on Dec. 17.
