In Municipal Court Thursday, robbery and receiving stolen property charges were dismissed against Bernard L. Harrington, 40, Ogden Street. He was fined $200, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for theft, with 26 hours of community service imposed in lieu of the fine. He was fined $150, with 20 hours community service in lieu of the fine, for speeding. For defective exhaust, he was fined $30.
Theodore Tsesmilles, 60, homeless, was sentenced to 180 days, 90 suspended, for menacing/stalking. For violating a protection order, he was sentenced to 180 days, 100 suspended. He was placed on probation for five years.
Jacob S. Lowther, 29, no address, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for receiving stolen property.
Shane E. McCutcheon, 24, Price Street, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days, 20 suspended, each, on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. He was placed on probation two years and ordered to make restitution of $600 to Rodney Spahr. For no operator's license/motorcycle endorsement, he was fined $100.
Molly D. Williams, 54, Grimm's Bridge Road, was fined $150 for obstructing official business. A criminal trespass charge was amended to disorderly conduct, for which she was fined $100.
Pretrials were scheduled Jan. 24 for Bryan Malone, 24, Grimm's Bridge Road, charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct/intoxication and for Jereme D. Shrewbury, 28, Wilbert Avenue, charged with possession of criminal tools, tampering with coin machines and obstructing official business, third offense.
