NEGLEY - Norma J. McCowin, 72, of state Route 154, passed away at 3:05 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at Kindred Hospital of the Heritage Valley Beaver Medical Center, where she had been a patient.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, at the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine, with the Rev. Daniel Cipar officiating. Burial will follow in Glenview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
