In Municipal Court Tuesday, Judge Melissa Byers Emmerling declined to arraign Shane E. McCutcheon, 24, Price Street, on criminal mischief and criminal trespass charges, saying he was too intoxicated, with slurred speech and exhibiting confusion. He was ordered held in jail without bond until he can be arraigned by video Wednesday.
On a third speeding charge, Dennis R. Garlock, 68, Rayland, was fined $100.
A motion hearing was set Feb. 26 on behalf of Dennis D. White Jr., 25, Columbus, charged with obstructing official business, speeding, no turn signal and two counts of driving under suspension.
A pretrial was scheduled Jan. 24 for Jacob S. Lowther, 19, no address, charged with receiving stolen property, with cash/surety bond set at $10,000. A probation revocation hearing was set the same day on previous convictions for prohibitions, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and intoxication.
