John Ashbridge
NILES - John D. Ashbridge, 70, of Robbins Ave., passed away Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 at the Vista Care at the Ridge, Mineral Ridge, where he had been a patient.
Mr. Ashbridge was born Dec. 9, 1942 in Rochester, Pa., a son of the late Jack and Mildred Hunston Ashbridge, and had been raised in East Palestine. He had owned and operated a Webb's Ice Cream. He was a graduate of Youngstown University, and was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by three sons, John H. Ashbridge, Los Angeles, Calif., Daniel Ashbridge, Cincinnati, and David Ashbridge, Charleston, S.C. He also leaves a brother, Gilbert Ashbridge, Ponte Verda, Fla., Westerville, and a grandson.
Services are not being observed. Arrangements were with the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine.
