WELLSVILLE - Jeremy R. "Jake" Crawford, 31 of Wellsville, passed away on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, in the emergency room of East Liverpool City Hospital.
Pastor Dirk Hall of the Wellsville Church of the Nazarene will conduct services on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester where family and friends will gather Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Interment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery in Wellsville.
