Rowdy J. Fickes, 47, 647 Riley Ave., East Liverpool, pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and obstruction of official business. He was found guilty of both charges and sentenced to 30 days in jail (less nine days for time served) and fined $150 plus court costs.
Jonathan Gardner, 21, 703 Ridge Ave., New Cumberland, W.Va., pleaded guilty to violating parole via domestic violence and no contest to a criminal damaging charge. He was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail (less one day for time served) and charged court costs.
Brandon D. Stephens, 22, 1021 Hazel St., East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to violating probation via theft and OVI. He was found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, and charged court costs.
Gary T. Dorsey, 51, 412 1/2 14th St., Wellsville, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and falsification. He was found guilty on all counts and sentenced to 90 days in jail (70 days suspended) and two of years probation, and fined $200 plus court costs. A charge of no rear plate illumination was dismissed with prejudice.
Nathan L. Bayless, 32, 556 Louisiana Ave., Chester, W.Va., pleaded no contest to driving under an OVI suspension. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus court costs.
Aaron M. Pierson, 23, 6 Academy St., Salineville, pleaded no contest to theft. He was found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail (less 27 days for time served) and two years of probation, and was fined $150 plus court costs.
Sherri J. Gump, 49, 100 Wilbert Ave. No. 26, East Liverpool, pleaded no contest to a second-offense OVI and failure to maintain control. She was found guilty of both charges and sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended), three years of probation and a one-year license suspension. She was also fined $675 plus court costs.
Theresa M. DiAgosta, 55, 650 E. Fourth St. No. 114, East Liverpool, appeared on a charge of passing bad checks. The charge was dismissed following payment of restitution and court costs.
