In Municipal Court Wednesday, Mark R. Smith II, 26, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $1,050, sentenced to 180 days, 105 suspended, had his license suspended five years and was placed on probation three years for OVI.
Daniel W. Board, 39, Campground Road, Wellsville, was fined $675, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended and placed on probation three years for a second OVI. He was fined $150 for driving under suspension and $30 for speeding.
Gregg L. Miller, 49, Glenn Street, was fined $240 for overload.
Glenn D. Bates Jr., 27, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $30 for no turn signal.
Wayne Hickman, 31, West Washington Street, Lisbon, had 29 counts of cruelty to animals dismissed.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled Jan. 17 for Bernard L. Harrington II, Ogden Street, on charges of robbery and receiving stolen property, with cash/surety bond set at $20,000. He was ordered to have no contact with Walmart or Lori Ferry. On charges of defective exhaust and speeding, a trial was set the same day.
Pretrial was scheduled Jan. 17 for Theodore Tsesmilles, 60, homeless, charged with menacing/stalking and violation of a protection order. Cash/surety bond of $150,000 was set, and he was ordered to have no contact with the Veterans Clinic in Calcutta or its employees.
A jury trial was scheduled Jan. 17 for Brandon C. Pritt, 27, West Ninth Street, charged with domestic violence, with cash/surety bond set at $75,000. A pretrial on the same charge was scheduled for Jan. 15.
A jury trial was set Feb. 21 for Shane A. Kitzmiller, 36, Lisbon Street, charged with theft.
Pretrial was scheduled Feb. 12 for John Lockett III, 36, Railroad Street, charged with domestic violence and obstructing official business.
A trial was scheduled Jan. 29 for Eugene O. Easton, 61, Lincoln Street, charged with opening a door into traffic
Pretrial was scheduled Jan. 17 for Benjamin A. Persohn, 32, Stewart Road, charged with petty theft.
A second arraignment was set Feb. 27 for DaNeil U. Prentice, 20, Wedgewood Street, charged with obstructing official business and a fourth offense driving under suspension.
