Crystal M. Hawken, 27, East Main Street, Salineville, was cited for assured clear distance Friday morning after her vehicle reportedly struck the rear of another driven by Clarence P. Baker, 73, state Route 39, Wellsville. According to reports, Baker was stopped as a result of a road crew directing traffic when his vehicle was struck.
Tyler S. Foster, 19, State Line Road, East Palestine, was cited for OVI, operating a vehicle after underage consumption and failure to control Saturday morning after a crash on Hadley Road. According to the patrol, he was eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle in drifted snow, causing it to go off the left side of the road, striking an embankment and overturning, coming to rest on its side.
While driving southeast on state Route 14 Friday, Megan C. Bochy, 34, Newton Falls, reportedly went off the road, striking a ditch and overturning. She was cited for failure to control.
Courtney M. Orr, 21, Seigler Road, Lisbon, was cited for failure to control Thursday morning after she reportedly drove off the left side of state Route 172, causing her vehicle to overturn.
Linda L. Burkey, 65, state Route 154, Lisbon, was westbound on state Route 154 in Elkrun Township at 6 p.m. Thursday and hit two deer in the road.
Kylie Nicole Hillyer, 16, Tunnel Hill Road, Hanoverton, was southbound on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 2:44 p.m. Friday and went left of center and off the left side of the road into an embankment. She was cited for failure to control.
Jocelyn Nicole Shannon, 18, Lisbon Street, Leetonia, was eastbound on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 4:20 p.m. Friday and slid on ice and was struck by another vehicle that was also eastbound on state Route 558. The other vehicle continued on.
Neta M. Herman, 75, Clinton, was eastbound on state Route 172 in West Township at 8:20 p.m. Friday and went off the right side of the road and into a bush. She was cited for failure to control.
James P. Meshula, 39, Berlin Center, was eastbound on state Route 14 in Salem Township at 6:16 p.m. Thursday and lost control and struck an unoccupied vehicle that was parked partially on the road. He was cited for failure to control.
Karen L. Smith, 58, Alliance, was westbound on Buck Road in Knox Township at noon on Dec. 26 and went off the left side of the road and hit a guardrail. She was cited for failure to control.
William J. Davis III, 39, Boyd Road, Wellsville, was westbound on Boyd Road in Yellow Creek Township at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 29, tried to turn right onto Bill Smith Road and went off the road into an Ameritech utility box.
Kate E. Davidson, 24, state Route 7, Columbiana, was southbound on state Route 164 in Center Township at 8:35 a.m. Dec. 27 and lost control on the snow-covered road and slid off the right side and hit a utility pole. She was cited for failure to control.
