George M. Henry, 36, Saint George Street, was northbound on St. Clair Avenue Monday when Paige M. Underwood, 20, Hampton Court reportedly turned onto St. Clair from Hill Boulevard, striking Henry's vehicle in the side.
Tana L. May, 23, East State Street, Salem, was cited Monday for failure to control after her northbound vehicle went into snow and ice on state Route 11 and then hit the concrete barrier. The vehicle turned around so it was facing southward.
Casey R. Carter, 20, Allison Street, was cited Sunday for driving under suspension and improper backing after she reportedly backed her vehicle from a driveway, striking a vehicle driven by Allison Sanchez, 19, Lisbon Street.
Robert T. Allman, 38, Industry, Pa., was cited Monday for failure to control after his truck went off East Fifth Street onto ice along the curb, hit the dry pavement, causing him to over-correct and strike a utility pole.
Rachel D. Cairns, 30, Darlington, Pa., was cited for assured clear distance on Sunday after her vehicle reportedly struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Bonny W. Sell, 61, Forbes Road, Wellsville on state Route 11.
