Ronald L. Hooker III, 30, 15970 St. Clair Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on a speeding charge, pleading guilty. He was found guilty and fined $40 plus court costs.
Justin E. Dew, 24, 15970 St. Clair Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on charges of driving under suspension, improper display of plates, no rear plate illumination, obstructing official business and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000 with a pretrial hearing set for Feb. 6.
Lisa M. McCullough, 45, 1214 Fox Chase Road, East Liverpool, pleaded not guilty to charges of OVI above .08 BAC and crossing left of center. Bond was set at $1,000 with a pretrial hearing on Feb. 20.
Mandie R. Jolly, 31, 46823 Y&O Road, East Liverpool, appeared on an expired plates charge, pleading no contest. She was found guilty and fined $30 plus court costs.
Brandon D. Stephens, 22, 1021 Hazel St., East Liverpool, appeared on charges of theft, OVI (second offense) and failure to maintain control. Bond was set at $10,000, and a revocation hearing was scheduled for Jan. 10.
Steven S. Summers, 37, 16063 Vale St., East Liverpool, pleaded not guilty to a charge of failure to maintain control. A pretrial hearing was set for Jan. 16.
