EAST LIVERPOOL - Evert R. Heffner, 70, of East Liverpool, passed away on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at East Liverpool City Hospital following a month long illness.
Pastor Larry Rose of the North Side Community Church will conduct a memorial service in the Chapel of the Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens in Newell on Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at 11 a.m.
He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
