Ritchie, 20, was charged with possession of marijuana and open container in a motor vehicle after officers reportedly found suspected marijuana and a bottle of rum in the passenger door. While on patrol, an officer noticed a vehicle parked nearly hidden on River Road at about midnight. Investigating, he found four occupants, including the driver, Shane McCutcheon, 24, who was cited for no operator's license. One passenger, Shawn Lee Danver, 29, had an active warrant and was taken into custody. The vehicle was towed from the scene. The report had no addresses for the two arrestees.
