Harold Coulter, Jr.
TORONTO-Harold D. "Oink" Coulter, Jr., 60, of Toronto, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 01, 2013 in the Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, W.Va.
He was born on Jan. 24, 1952 in Steubenville, Ohio, son of the late Harold D. Coulter, Sr. and Imogene Byers Coulter.
Mr. Coulter was retired from First Energy Corp., where he worked in the Yard Dept.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Coulter.
He is survived by his wife, Terrie (Kestner) Coulter of home; his two daughters, Rachael Scott of Steubenville, Ohio and Dorie Coulter of Columbus, Ohio; his son Donnie Coulter of home; his sister Sondra Lowery of Toronto, Ohio; his brothers, Thomas "Chipper" Coulter, Charles "Chuckie" Coulter and Terry Coulter all of Toronto, Ohio.
He also leaves behind two grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 3 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH where his Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Gary LeMaster presiding. Burial will be held at the convenience of Mr. Coulter's family.
