Jon Neil Watson, 74
NEW CUMBERLAND - Jon Neil Watson, 74, of New Cumberland, passed away, Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012.
Born Aug. 29, 1938, in New Cumberland, he was a son of the late Bernard and Beatrice Chamberlain Watson.
Jon was a barber for 40 years at Bluegrass Barber Shop; the Co-Owner and Operator of Cowl Farm; and was a member of the Nessly Chapel Church.
Also a brother, Lynn C. Watson, preceded him in death.
Surviving are his wife, Catherine Cowl Watson of New Cumberland; a brother, Jim (Joann) Watson of Steubenville; two sisters, Patricia (Bill) Swearingen of New Cumberland, and Sue (Eugene) Paugh of Missouri.
Private funeral arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home in Newell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Nessly Chapel Church.
