4:45 p.m. - Police were dispatched to the area of Wood and Sixth streets for an intoxicated male. Officers located Aaron Korbel, 32, 37691 State Route 39, Salineville, behind a trailer home on Sixth Street, speaking incoherently and having apparent hallucinations. Korbel was arrested and taken back to the station where, after regaining sobriety, he was charged with public intoxication and released.
9:35 a.m. - Tony Cataldo came to the station to report a theft from auto. He told officers that his vehicle had been entered, and that a set of keys and an unknown amount of change had been stolen while it was parked outside his 18th Street residence.
1:27 p.m. - Officers responded to a domestic dispute at 2025 Danbury Ave., where they found Stacey Patrick crying. She said she and her husband, Jay Patrick, had been in a fight, after which he left with their two daughters. Stacey's mother, Debbie Heiney, was also present and stated that Jay has been hitting Stacey, which she in turn denied. Police returned after Jay came home with the children. He told officers that he had only been trying to talk to Stacey, and that Debbie's intrusions makes it worse. Tim Patrick was called to take Jay to his mother's home for the time being. Stacey declined the offer of a restraining order.
11:20 a.m. - Patrick Rudibaugh came to the station to report an identity theft. He told police that he had received a bill for $511, dated Oct. 5, 2012, from Williams Creek Emergency Physicians in Philadelphia, Pa. Rudibaugh says that he was never in Philadelphia and that the bill is not his.
