Alyssa E. Beaver, 19, 11366 State Route 9, Kensington, appeared on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, possession of drug abuse instruments and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, pleading not guilty on all counts. She pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under suspension, was found guilty and was fined $75 plus court costs. A pretrial hearing for the remaining charges was set for Dec. 13.
Aleta C. Straight, 57, 614 St. Clair Ave. #6, East Liverpool, appeared on charges of driving while under an OVI suspension and failure to maintain control, pleading not guilty on both counts. A pretrial hearing for the failure to maintain control charge was set for Dec. 13; for the driving while under an OVI suspension charge, Jan. 3. Bond was set at $5,000.
Helen Pack, 50, 1919 Harvey Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on a housing code violation, which was dismissed with prejudice. She was charged with the court costs.
Jason A. Morris, 37, unknown address, appeared on charges of criminal trespassing, pleading guilty. He was found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended) and two years of probation.
Ronald L. Hooker II, 30, 15970 St. Clair Ave. #2, East Liverpool, appeared on a charge of speeding, pleading guilty. He was found guilty and fined $82 plus court costs.
Brie A Crum, 21, 15235 Third St., Summitville, appeared on a speeding charge, pleading no contest. He was found guilty and fined $40 plus court costs.
Richard C. Vantilburg, 37, 322 Vine St., East Liverpool, appeared on a probation violation. The case was dismissed. He was released on $750 bail and was discharged from probation.
Christy A. Harpold, 33, 707 St. Clair Ave. #20, East Liverpool, appeared on a theft charge, pleading not guilty. Bond was set at $2,500 with a pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 13.
Daniel E. Springer, 37, East Fifth Street, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct/intoxication.
A preliminary hearing was set Dec. 6 for Julie A. Carl, 40, Stewart Road, Chester, W.Va., charged with vandalism. A pretrial was scheduled the same day on a criminal trespass charge. Cash/surety bond was set at $10,000, and she was ordered to have no contact with Thomas Picklesimer.
Janie M. Pullie, 40, Brightview Drive, was fined $40 for no seat belt.
A jury trial was scheduled Feb. 21 for Lucas L. Sims, 28, Thompson Avenue, charged with fleeing, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, driving under suspension, reckless operation and no license plates.
