WELLSVILLE The Ministerial Association will have it's monthly community prayer meeting 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Mount Sinai FBH Church, 1617 Main St.

LEETONIA - The Help Me Grow Playgroup will meet from 10-11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Public Library. For information call 330-424-0288.

WELLSVILLE - The village's "Light Up Night" is 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Gazebo.

The Daw Middle School Show Choir, under the direction of Aaron Bunfill, will perform. And the Snow Flake king and queen will be announced by Rosie Goss, the beautification chairperson.

Dolly Brophey, memorial bulb chairman, and Randy Allman, chamber president, will read all 169 names of deceased loved ones who's families purchased bulbs.

Santa Claus will be on hand as well, and will be available for pictures

EAST LIVERPOOL - The Crystal Chapter 18 Order of the Eastern Star is having "Breakfast With Santa" 9-11 a.m. Saturday at the Masonic Temple on Broadway. Cost is $6 and includes breakfast, a magician and photos with Santa.

WELLSVILLE - The Elks 1040 is having Fish from 4:30-8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 7.

EAST LIVERPOOL - The Annual Jaycees Christmas Parade is at 6 p.m. Saturday through the streets of downtown East Liverpool. Lineup is 5 p.m. In addition, the annual "Light-Up Night" takes place following the parade at the Diamond. The East Liverpool High School Choir will perform.
