In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday and Friday Richard K. Beagle Jr., 24, Cricket Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for theft for gravel taken from the corner of County Airport and Y and O roads by Beagle and two other men, who all claimed they had permission from a friend to take the gravel.
Gabriel A. Jarvis, 19, U.S. Route 62, Beloit, was fined $100 and sentenced to 35 days in jail for misuse of credit cards for using his grandmother's bank card to make unauthorized purchases. A charge of theft was dismissed in the plea agreement.
Demeqreis A. Randle, Cleveland, was fined $100 and credited with five days in jail served for aggravated menacing. Randle during a custody dispute threatened to get a gun and shoot John Cooper Jr.
Marcia K. Fulton, 34, Brookdale Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $160 and had her license suspended for six months for possession of instruments to ingest or inhale controlled substances, speeding and failure to control.
Luis R. Ramos, 23, Youngstown, was fined $130 and required 20 hours of community service for driving under suspension.
Roberta L. Beabout, 48, Green Street, Lisbon, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
Nathanael Randall, 28, Elyria, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Dewayne L. Stokes, 51, U.S. Route 30, Hanoverton, was fined $50 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.
A driving under FRA suspension charge against Ji Zeng Yang, 52, West Eighth Street, Salem, was dismissed due to an insurance coverage error.
A Dec. 6 pretrial was set for James Phelps, 23, Morris Avenue, Salem, cited with misuse of credit cards and receiving stolen property for allegedly taking another person's ATM card using it at Circle K in Columbiana.
A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for Brice J. Cushman, 19, Pearce Circle, Salem, charged with driving under suspension.
A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Matt G. Allen, 19, last known address Pinewood Circle, East Palestine, charged with receiving stolen property for having stolen rings he asked another person to sell for him at Cashland in Columbiana.
A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Juston E. Buskirk, 33, West Martin Street, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence for allegedly harming Jill Fulton, by holding her down on Tuesday and causing her son to grab a baseball bat in an attempt to assist her.
A Dec. 27 pretrial was set for John R. Moore II, 27, Youngstown, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
A Dec. 27 pretrial was set for Beau P. Hendricks, 38, Canfield, cited with driving in violation of a driving restriction and speeding.
A Jan. 3 pretrial was set for Eric R. Wolfe, 36, 10th Street extension, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense and a stop sign violation.
