In Municipal Court Friday, Michael S. Labi, 19, Ohio Avenue, was fined $30 for defective exhaust, while a charge of failure to display a license was dismissed.
A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Timothy A. Maple, 40, Harvey Avenue.
Frank Williams Jr., 18, Orchard Grove, was fined $65 for failure to yield.
Trial was set Jan. 2 for Polly R. Kaminsky, 43, Lisbon Street, charged with reckless operation.
A second arraignment was scheduled Dec. 7 for John R. Cosgrove, 31, Shady Lane, Salem, charged with OVI, second offense, and speeding.
Pretrials were scheduled for Jessica L. Hayes-Miller, 24, no address, charged with domestic violence, Dec. 6; Michael L. Beatty, 44, McCoy Avenue, activities requiring a license, Jan. 2; Jamie L. Smith, 29, Denver Street, OVI, second offense, and obstructing official business, Jan. 2: and Danielle L. Grodhaus, 34, state Route 39, Wellsville, OVI and marked lanes, Jan. 9.
