In Municipal Court Tuesday, Jodi L. Wilson, 27, Ogden Street, was fined $150 each on two counts of driving under suspension and $30 for failure to signal. She was given 44 hours of community service in lieu of her fines.
Bronwen S. Lowe, 38, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $75 for driving under suspension, with charges of expire plates and no seat belt dismissed.
John A. Wright, 35, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $30 for speeding.
A jury trial was set Jan. 17 for Daniel Board, 39, Campground Road, Wellsville, charged with OVI, driving under suspension and speeding. A status hearing will be held Jan. 9.
A disposition hearing was set Dec. 11 for Luke Beatty, 19, Ohio Avenue, charged with theft.
A second pretrial was scheduled Jan. 8 for Linda Endrizzi, 50, State Line Road, Negley, charged with driving under suspension and failure to control.
Pretrial was set Jan. 2 for Kathern E. Brown, 38, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, charged with OVI, failure to control and no seat belt.
Pretrial was set Jan. 3 for Michael A. Defelice, 26, Harding Avenue, charged with theft, second offense.
In Municipal Court Wednesday, Aaron L. Adkins, 38, Sharon Drive, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for passing bad checks.
Jacob A. Fitch, 23, 8th Avenue, was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. For left of center, he was fined $30.
A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Scott A. Helton, 42, Blakeley Street after the alleged victim failed to appear.
A jury trial was scheduled Feb. 21 for John Lockett III, Maplewood Avenue, charged with two counts of prohibitions concerning companion animals.
A second arraignment was scheduled Dec. 5 for Seth R. Steele, 21, Lisbon Street, charged with driving under suspension, failure to control and no seat belt, with cash/surety bond set at $15,000.
Second pretrial was scheduled Dec. 11 for Greg Dorsey, 51, 14th Street, Wellsville, charged with falsification, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and no plate light.
