Ruben D. Martinez Jr., 20, Union Street, Columbiana, was fined $140 for no license and speeding.

Michael A. Minerd II, 24, Whitehall, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.

Cody L. Jones, 23, Mill Street, Salineville, was fined $100 and required 50 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Katelynn R. Trombetto, 19, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $100 for speeding.

Edward F. Pittman, 30, Garfield Road, Salem, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for unauthorized plate and failure to reinstate his license.

A charge of possession or use of a controlled substance against Betty J. Barton, 49, Church Street, Salineville, was dismissed after she produced a prescription for the three hydrocodone pills found in her purse.

A Dec. 10 sentencing was set for Brandon E. Evans, 20, Broadway, Wellsville, after he pleaded guilty to domestic violence for assaulting Ashley Shenton, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

A Dec. 11 pretrial was set for Alexis N. Cusick, 21, Crestview Road, New Waterford, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

A Dec. 27 pretrial was set for Russell Callehan, 24, Lincoln Street, Salineville, charged with OVI second offense.

A Dec. 27 pretrial was set for Tim A. Hanna, 35, State Street, Leetonia, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.

A Jan. 8 pretrial was set for Harold A. Hackney, Thomas Drive, Wellsville, charged with three counts of cruelty to animals for allegedly leaving two dogs confined inside a Highland Avenue, Wellsville, home without food or water in deplorable conditions.

A Dec. 3 preliminary hearing was set for Michael J. Bilas, 53, Pleasant Valley Court, Salem, charged with passing bad checks for allegedly writing a check for diesel fuel to Chris Marquis for $3,185 on June 20. The check was found not to have sufficient funds.

Robert J. White, 44, Elm Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,175, had his license suspended for one year and sentenced to 75 days in jail for OVI second offense, driving under suspension and marked lanes.

Drake A. Rudder, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $350 and required 30 hours community service for underage consumption and disorderly conduct. According to court documents, Rudder caused a fight at a North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, home causing injuries to both people involved.

Fred A. Rogers, 73, Emerick Road, Kensington, was fined $250, sentenced to three days in school and required 50 hours community service for failure to control and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

Anthony M. Colon, 22, Goshen Road, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced to one day in jail and required 40 hours community service for theft after Colon and a co-defendant removed nearly $1,312 in video games from their cases, placed the games into their pockets, left the Salem Walmart and sold a few of the games at Game Stop across the parking lot.

Toney A. Brock, 24, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct while intoxicated for annoying neighbors even after police asked him to stop twice.

Travis Beiling, 29, West Main Street, Washingtonville, was fined $100 for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for slapping his wife in the face and shoving her into the stove.

Rebecca Meredith, 22, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was fined $100 for persistent disorderly conduct amended from assault for punching another woman, Jessica Summer, at the Foxes Den Night Club in Salem on Aug. 18.

A Dec. 11 pretrial was set for James D. Laughlin, 21, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Joel A. Moore, 36, Lorey Road, East Rochester, charged with two counts of domestic violence for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Patti Colon, and her son when the boy tried to stop him from harming his mother on Friday.

A Dec. 18 pretrial was set for Edward Franklin Lee Pittman, 30, Garfield Road, Salem, cited with failure to reinstate his license.

A Dec. 18 pretrial was set for Casey L. Folds, 20, Franklin Avenue, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly cutting into a box containing an air soft gun in the Salem Walmart's sporting goods department on Nov. 20. He was additionally reportedly found with a bottle of finger nail polish and a toy plastic gun in his coat pockets.
