Charles E. Crank Jr., 54, East State Street, Salem, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to complicity to aggravated robbery. He faces up to 11 years in prison and a $20,000. Sentencing is set for Dec. 14.
According to court documents, Crank assisted Justin Zimmerly, providing him with a disguise and serving as a lookout while Zimmerly robbed Circle K, East State Street, Salem, on June 17. Zimmerly pleaded guilty on Nov. 17 to aggravated robbery and awaits sentencing on Jan. 17.
Christine Bangor, East Liverpool, vs. Charles C. Amato, Wellsville, $400,000 sought in damages for alleged negligent representation during a divorce, including loss of marital property, loss of spousal support, loss of child support, attorney fees and in excess of $25,000 for emotional damages.
