EAST LIVERPOOL - There will be a Fall Dinner 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Community Resource Center, Pennsylvania Ave. Everyone is welcome. Please RSVP by calling 330-385-1301.

CHESTER - The Kiwanis Club will meet at 5:30 p.m. today at the Peachtree Inn - Orchards at Foxcrest. Persons interested in membership are invited by calling James Fox at 304-387-2827.

CALCUTTA - There will be a Parent Teacher Fellowship Meeting for the American Spirit Academy 7 p.m. today at Tim Horton's. Anyone interested in participating is welcome.

WELLSVILLE - The Committee to Save Immaculate Conception Church will hold its regular meeting 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the S.O.I. All former parishioners are invited to attend.

EAST LIVERPOOL - The Avondale Baptist Church will hold a monthly free Community Dinner 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Bradley Center of the church. We will be serving traditional Thanksgiving foods: turkey, stuffing, potatoes, vegetables, rolls/bread, desserts and drinks. The community is invited to share in food and fellowship.

WELLSVILLE - The Elks 1040 is having fish from 4:30-8 p.m. Friday.

HOOKSTOWN - The monthly meeting for concerned citizens effected by First Energy Coal Ash Impoundment will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday at the American Legion. Some of the topics will be the Groundwater and surface water monitoring results 3rd Quarter 2012 report for Little Blue Coal Ash Impoundment. Also we will talk about the SB 3512 that if passed in Congress would directly impact residents that live near a Coal Ash Impoundment. The bill does not protect us from toxic coal ash.

EAST LIVERPOOL - The Presbyterian Women of Emmanuel Church, Park Blvd., will be hosting their second annual "Christmas Revisited" sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Gently used Christmas items will be for sale. Lunch will be served and a bake sale will also be included.

LISBON - Family/Pet Holiday Photos will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Lisbon Gazebo (in the square). All proceeds benefit the Voice for Columbiana County Dogs. A volunteer, non-profit group raising funds for all of the sick/injured dogs in the Columbiana County Dog pound.

EAST LIVERPOOL - The Help Me Grow Playgroup will meet from 10-11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Westgate Elementary. For information, call 330-424-0288.

EAST LIVERPOOL - Westgate Middle School is looking for local craft makers and vendors to set up for a their Holiday Craft/Vendor show from noon to 4 p.m. Dec 8 at the Moose Lodge in downtown East Liverpool. Please contact Tabitha Miller at 330-708- 0032.
