The Review

Nov. 1

2:50 p.m. - Police were dispatched to 211 Sixth St., for an attempted vehicle theft, where resident Donald Brown told officers that he discovered the back window of his 1994 Chevrolet pickup truck broken. The driver's side door lock, steering column and ignition had also been damaged. Brown stated that the truck had not been used for more than a week, and he isn't sure when the break-in may have happened.

Nov. 16

1:00 p.m. - Greg Osborn, 1316 Riverview St., East Liverpool, came to the station and told police that his uncle, Thomas Osborn, had stolen his identification and used one of his credit cards without his permission at the Riverside Roadhouse, 565 Wells Ave., Wellsville, on Feb. 27 of this year. He said that the $21.67 spent at that establishment is the only instance he knows of the card's unauthorized use in Wellsville.
