The Review

Luke O. Jackman, 38, 16729 Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, appeared on two counts of receiving stolen property, pleading no contest to both. He was found guilty on both counts and sentenced to 90 days in jail. In a separate hearing, he pleaded guilty to probation violation and was found guilty. He was sentenced to an additional 30 days in jail and fined $630.

Glenn D. Bates, 27, 711 Bradshaw Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing official business, pleading no contest to all charges. He was found guilty on all counts and sentenced to five days in jail and a 180-day driver's license suspension.

Kimberly M. Gulu, 36, 614 John St., East Liverpool, appeared on a charge of dogs running at large. She pleaded no contest, was found guilty and was fined $50 plus court costs.

Chelsie R. Williams, 27, 2511 St. Clair Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on charges of assault. He was released on $5,000 bond with a pretrial set for Dec. 20.

Heidi D. Roe, 37, 48807 McCoy Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on charges of obstructing official business, pleading no contest. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus court costs.

Nathaniel D. Carter, 30, 2409 1/2 St. Clair Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on a theft charge, pleading not guilty. He was released on $7,500 bond, with a pretrial set for Nov. 29.

Jamie Payton, 28, 510 Wilbert Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on a domestic violence charge, pleading no contest. He was found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail (27 days suspended) and two years of probation.

Ronald L. Briggs, 49, 233 W. Ninth St., East Liverpool, appeared on charges of domestic violence, two counts of aggravated trespassing and three counts of criminal damaging, pleading not guilty to all charges. He was released on $50,000 bond, with a pretrial set for Nov. 29.

Thomas Wright, 36, 1540 Kountz Ave., Wellsville, appeared on charges of passing bad checks. The charge was dismissed with prejudice, and court costs of $72 were imposed.

Satin L. Foster, 19, 669 Lincoln Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on theft charges, pleading not guilty. She was released on $2,500 bond, with a pretrial set for Dec. 20.

Kevin B. Redman, 20, 16124 Annesley Road, East Liverpool, appeared on charges of driving under suspension, pleading no contest. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus court costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail (27 days suspended).

Devon M. Arend, 24, 426 E. Eighth St., Salem, appeared and pleaded guilty to violating parole terms. She was found guilty and ordered to pay $577.44 restitution to the Family Recovery Center, with probation extended.

Natalie Flannigan, 30, 16415 Staunton Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on charges of criminal trespass, pleading not guilty. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus court costs, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended) and given two years of probation.

Brandi Hissom, 37, 2442 Homestead Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on a driving under suspension charge, pleading no contest. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus court costs, sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended) and given two years of probation.
