In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday Bowen G. Pitts, 20, West Main Street, Salineville, was fined $250, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 25 hours community service for driving under FR suspension.
James W. Minerd, 45, Crestview Road, New Waterford, was fined $475, sentenced three days jail, placed on one year intensive probation, ordered to perform 30 hours community service and had his driver's license suspended six months for OVI first offense, driving under suspension-revocation and failure to control.
Ashley A. Brooks, 22, East 10th Street, Salem, was fined $50, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for driving under FR suspension.
William A. Wilson, 56, Cunningham Road, Salem, was fined $250, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for disorderly conduct.
Candy L. Wiley, 33, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $250, sentenced one day jail and one year basic probation for driving under suspension.
Ryean L. Sutton, 28, Randel Road, Hanoverton, was fine $250, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for physical control.
Brooke Penick, 23, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was fined $130 and had her driver's license suspended six months for speeding and possession or use of a controlled substance.

In Columbiana County Municipal Court Wednesday Brandon E. Hacker, 19, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was fined $200, sentenced 10 days jail, placed on one year basic probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for criminal damaging and menacing.
Larry J. Elkins, 31, Main Street, Wellsville, theft and possession of drug abuse instrument case dismissed.
Tiffany B. Michalak, 31, Short Road, Columbiana, was fined $200 for wrongful entrustment.
Jordan J. McGee, 18, Youngstown, was fined $300 and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for drug paraphernalia and drug possession.
David M. Wilson, 31, Orchard Knoll, Hanoverton, was fined $150, sentenced 14 days jail and placed on one year basic probation for aggravated menacing.
Robert J. Dickson, 33, Haiti Road, Salineville, was fined $725, sentenced 3 days jail, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and turn signals.
Matthew G. Davidson, 26, Front Street, New Waterford, was fined $575, sentenced three days jail and placed on one year basic probation for OVI first offense within six years and speeding.
Benjamin J. Jones, 31, Norwalk, was fined $925, sentenced 24 days jail, placed on two years' probation and ordered to attend three days residential treatment program for OVI first offense within six years and failure to control. Also ordered to be on electronically monitored arrest with work release for 21 days.
Shawn P. Luketic, 38, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $250, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for unauthorized use of property.
