In Municipal Court Wednesday, with acting Judge Kyde Kelly presiding, Gary V. Lovett Jr., 30, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was sentenced to 10 jail days for furnishing false information.
Virginia Menear, 57, Y&O Road, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $30 for defective exhaust.
A hearing was set Nov. 28 for Carl Fowler, 57, Jennings Avenue, whose attorney has filed a motion for expungement to have his record sealed. He was previously convicted in 2008 on charges of assault, domestic violence and disorderly conduct/intoxication.
A trial was set Jan. 23 for Danny R. Bird, 56, Pinckneyville, Ill., charged with OVI and marked lanes.
