What a wonderful asset the Carnegie Public Library is to downtown East Liverpool.
We are all feeling the economic crunch during these modern day times and the library is no exception due to cuts in funding and money to operate.
A simple phone call at 330-385-2048, ext. 0 will give you the hours of operation and there are printed schedules at the front desk.
As a patron of the library for "years," I have always been treated with courtesy and respect and the desk workers have always been very helpful.
