In Municipal Court Thursday, Glenn E. Collins III, 31, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $200 and sentenced to 90 days, 85 suspended, for obstruction of official business. For possession of drug paraphernalia, he was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days. He was fined $150 for driving under suspension. Collins was placed on probation two years, and a charge of failure to signal was dismissed.
Cindell J. M. Hawkins, 22, Bank Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, 85 suspended and placed on probation two years for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Harley A. Gill, 18, Walnut Street, was ordered extradited to West Virginia, where he is wanted on a charge of bringing stolen property (a vehicle) into another state. He appeared as a fugitive from justice.
Jury trials were set Nov. 17 for Molly Williams, 54, Grimm's Bridge Road, charged with criminal trespass and obstructing official business and for Nathan Bayless, 32, Saint John Street, charged with driving under suspension.
Trials were scheduled Nov. 13 for Suzanne Miller, 72, Sixth Street, Wellsville, charged with theft and for Jennifer Renner, 47, Sixth Street, Wellsville, theft.
A pretrial was scheduled Nov. 21 for Luke O. Jackman, 38, Cannons Mill Road, charged with two counts of receiving stolen property.
