Harley A. Gill, 18, Walnut Street, was charged as a fugitive from justice Wednesday after an officer saw him and took him into custody. He is wanted in Brooke County for receiving stolen property.
While both were westbound on state Route 39, a tractor-trailer driven by Donald L. Barnett, 59, Ellett Road, Beloit, reportedly struck a vehicle driven by Kimberly L. Quimby, 34, Lisbon Street, sending Quimby's vehicle up onto two wheels. Quimby and her passenger, Roger D. Wright, Lisbon Street, were both transported to East Liverpool City Hospital by Tri-County ambulance.
While backing his pickup truck on Maine Boulevard, Joseph R. Golden, 65, Ohio Avenue, reportedly struck a parked vehicle owned by Sharon A. Sanchez, 40, Bloomfield Road.
