In Municipal Court Wednesday, Chris C. Wooley Jr., 25, Roslyn Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $675, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, had his license suspended one year and was placed on probation three years for a second OVI offense.
Carrie M. Griffin, 24, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $65 for speeding in a school zone.
Hamid M. Nawaz, 33, Youngstown, was fined $50 for speeding.
An intervention hearing was scheduled Nov. 29 for Alicia Staley, Annesley Road, who reportedly violated the terms of her intervention from a prior drug paraphernalia conviction. Recognizance bond was reset at $5,000.
A second arraignment was set Nov. 14 for Virginia Menear, 57, Y&O Road, charged with driving under suspension.
Pretrial was scheduled Dec. 4 for Helen Pack, 50, Harvey Avenue, charged with a housing code violation.
