WEIRTON - The Second Chance Gown Rally will be Nov. 9-10 at the Family Resource Center, New York Blvd.

From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday will be Grown and Dress Drop off only.

*Drop off Prom, Homecoming or Pageant type gowns to sell.

*Growns and Dresses must be on clothes hangers.

*You may also donate gowns to be given to girls who can't afford one.

*Preview gowns on Facebook.

The following fees help support the Keep the Rally Moving Fund: Showing Fees - $1 for short, $2 for long. 10% commission from each sale.

From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday will be Gown and Dress Sale.

*All sales final

*No payment or lay-away plan.

*Gowns and Dresses sold "as is".

*Cash accepted.

*Checks accepted. $100 return fee for any returned checks.

*No Debit or Credit cards.

Owners must pick up unsold items and money from sold items between 5:30 to 7 p.m.

EAST LIVERPOOL - The Junior Class of 2014 will be holding a meeting 2 p.m. Sunday at the Dairy Queen. All Junior students and parents are encouraged to come.

FRANKFORT SPRINGS, Pa. - The Grange No. 1989 is sponsoring a Holiday Craft Show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, at the Grange hall on state Route 18.

Featured items include candles, jewelry, dolls and doll clothes, Grange cookbooks and dish clothes. Table spaces are still available for a fee of $10.

SALINEVILLE - All you can eat Spaghetti Dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Masonic Lodge.

WELLSVILLE - The East Liverpool - Wellsville NAACP is hosting a Call-to-Action Meeting 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church. Present and past members, as well as local supporters, are urged to attend to discuss the Unit's future in the community.

WELLSVILLE - Potter Players Community Theatre will present "Godspell" again this weekend at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 2 p.m. on Sunday. This musical follows the Gospel of Matthew and is great for the whole family.

Tickets are $8 for adults, $7 for students and adult seniors, and can be purchased at the door, by calling 330-532-5540 The theatre is located at 15th St.

SALINEVILLE - Salt Kettle Florist and Gallery, East Main Street, is hosting a Mixed Media and Collage Art Work by Cindy M. Kelly of Amsterdam, from Nov. 9 through Jan. 5, with open receptions at 7 p.m. each night.

The works are largely inspired by Kelly's family and childhood, informed by both sorrow and joy. The works incorporate her poetry, tradition and Appalachian roots. Recent works are also inspired by North Africa, where she will be married on Dec. 5.
