In Municipal Court Tuesday, fined for speeding were Derek A. Heard, 38, Virginia Avenue, $50; Mark R. Eckman, 52, New Brighton, Pa., $40; and Norma J. Chase, 52, Toronto, $40.
A second pretrial was scheduled Nov. 1 for Brandon Welling, Lisbon Street, charged with OVI, driving under suspension and failure to control.
Pretrials were set Nov. 21 for Jason M. Garland, 24, Saint George Street, charged with prohibitions concerning companion animals and for Brandi L. Hissom, 37, Homestead Avenue, charged with driving under suspension.
