LISBON - Charles R. Blythe, 74, of Saltwell Road, passed away at 2:40 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at the Salem Community Hospital.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the East Carmel Cemetery with the Rev. Mark McTrustry, of the Centenary United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the cemetery. A private family visitation will be held prior to the service. Arrangements were with the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine.
