East Liverpool Municipal Court for 10-27

The Review

In Municipal Court Friday, Liam L. McKay, 28, Avondale Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.

Fined $50 for disturbances enumerated (noise complaint) were Richard A. Jones Jr., 24, and Ashley S. Parson, 27, both of Wilbert Avenue.

Cortlan Lee Foster, 22, Claibourne Street, was fined $50 for speeding, with a driving under suspension charge dismissed.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled Nov. 6 for Charles E. Walker, McKinnon Avenue, charged with assaulting a police officer, with cash/surety bond of $20,000 set. The court ruled that he has to hire his own counsel because he was able to post his bond. He is also charged with resisting arrest and obstructing official business, for which pretrials were set the same day.

A second arraignment was scheduled Oct. 29 for Aaron W. Patterson, 33, Dresden Avenue, charged with public indecency.

Second pretrial was scheduled Nov. 8 for Nathan Bayless, 32, Saint John Street, charged with driving under suspension.

A pretrial was scheduled Nov. 1 for Jessica L. Boyd, 31, Francis Drive, Wellsville, charged with a second offense OVI, driving under suspension, unsafe vehicle and possession of drug abuse instruments.

A pretrial was set Nov. 29 for Randy H. Hackney, 56, Mound Street, Irondale, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
