3:25 p.m. - No charges were filed following a traffic accident on Wells Avenue near the state Route 45 intersection. A 2010 Chrysler driven by Franklin W. Jackson, 342 Lisbon St., Wellsville, pulled left onto Wells Avenue from the car wash, striking the driver's side of a 1998 Dodge driven by Cynthia L. Wood, 51, 811 Daniels St., Toronto, who was traveling south on Wells toward the intersection. No injuries were reported.

7:45 a.m. - No charges were filed following a traffic accident at Wells Avenue and state Route 45. Thomas Edgell, 66, 49632 S. Hollywood Ave., East Liverpool, stated that his foot slipped off the brake pedal of his 2004 Buick SUV as he approached the stop sign on Wells Avenue. The vehicle continued through the intersection, striking the passenger side of a 2004 Pontiac driven by Chad Bettis, 31, 23A Maple Hill, Salineville. No injuries were reported.

12:48 p.m. - No charges were filed following an incident involving a pair of vehicles on Main Street. Marde Alleman, 49, 265 Dogwood Place, Plano, Texas, was traveling south on Main in a 2012 Dodge truck when its driver-side door mirror collided with the driver-side door mirror of a 2006 Ford truck driven by Marcus Dalrymple, 26, 1700 Chester Ave., Wellsville, who was traveling north on Main.
