In Municipal Court Thursday, a second domestic violence charge against Robert D. Buzzard, 39, May Street, was amended to assault, for which he was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days, 79 suspended and placed on probation two years. He was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and given two years probation for each of two theft charges.
Eric L. Jordan, 34, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Derek R. Bragg, 22, Grant Street, was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days, 150 suspended, for theft. For criminal mischief, he was fined $150 and sentenced to 30 days, suspended. For possession of marijuana, he was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days, with 20 hours of community service imposed in lieu of the fine. He was placed on probation two years.
For prohibitions, Lonnie D. Cunningham, 19, Bradshaw Avenue, was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and placed on probation two years. For a second offense obstructing official business, he was fined $100.
Dustin C. Hambleton, 28, Y&O Road, Wellsville, was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 25 suspended, and placed on probation two years for receiving stolen property.
For obstructing official business, Reshaun A. Tarver, 25, Erie Street, was fined $200.
Rebecca L. Bragg, 37, Sprucevale Road, was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for OVI. For speeding, she was fined $30.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled Nov. 1 for Charles E. Walker, 23, McKinnon Avenue, on a charge of assaulting a police officer, with cash/surety bond set at $20,000. A pretrial was set the same day on charges of resisting arrest and obstructing official business.
A jury trial was scheduled Dec. 6 for Kelly W. Hanlon, 34, Logan Street, charged with OVI and failure to yield.
Second arraignment was set Nov. 1 for Kyle R. Thorn, 26, 3rd Street, Chester, W.Va., charged with falsification.
A jury trial was set Nov. 15 for Suzanne Miller, 72, 6th Street, charged with theft.
Second pretrials were set for Brian Stowers, 25, Canton Street, charged with assault, Nov. 21 and for Timothy Maple, 40, Harvey Avenue, driving under suspension, Dec. 13.
