Beau Brown, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to 18 months in prison consecutive to his sentencing in case 08CR152. Brown was credited with 66 days served.
According to court documents, Brown, 33, broke the locks on a bedroom window of the home of Sierra Shannon and Christopher Pierce, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, on Nov. 20, 2011. When they came home they found him there with several items of their personal property which he was preparing to remove from the house.
Mary R. Marshall, 50, St. George Street, East Liverpool, was sentenced to five years intensive probation for assault. Marshall was accused of attempting to harm Patrolman Chris Davis of the St. Clair Township Police Department on Nov. 16, 2011 by kicking him in the chest and chin.
Tasha E. Higgins, 28, Annesley Road, East Liverpool, was placed on three years probation for receiving stolen property and forgery. Higgins was accused of taking a pension check belonging to Helen Horner, by taking it from Horner's mailbox on Nov. 26, 2003, then trying to cash it by forging Horner's name. At one point, a bench warrant was issued for Higgins after she failed to appear for a hearing.
Nathaniel L. Adams, 31, Warren, was sentenced to five years probation for possession of drugs for 1.9 grams of crack cocaine found in his front pants pocket on Feb. 4, 2009.
