In Municipal Court Tuesday, Robert L. Flowers, 44, 10th Street, Wellsville, was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. For disregard for safety, he was fined $65.
A petty theft charge was dismissed against Jeffrey Albert, 26, Malvern.
A third pretrial was set Nov. 13 for Stephen Lee, Lyman Drive, on two housing code violations. The court noted this would be his last pretrial and he needs to hire an attorney immediately.
Second pretrials were scheduled for Aaron L. Adkins, 38, Sharon Drive, charged with passing bad checks, Nov. 7; and for Jacob Fitch, 30, West Fourth Street, left of center and OVI, Nov. 28.
Pretrials were scheduled for Deborah A. Cramer, 57, Purinton Avenue, theft, Nov. 1; and for Scott A. Helton, 41, Blakeley Street, OVI, driving under suspension, Nov. 28.
