In Municipal Court Monday, Joshua R. Wooten, 27, Howard Avenue, was fined $250 and sentenced to 20 jail days for disorderly conduct.
For passing bad checks, Samuel P. Adams, 45, Huston Avenue, was fined $100, with restitution made to Giant Eagle.
Jodie L. Chappell, 21, West Ninth Street, was fined $35 for a stop sign violation.
Pretrials were scheduled for John R. Chan, 30, Ogden Street, charged with no seat belt and two counts of driving under suspension, Oct. 15; Heidi D. Roe, 37, McCoy Avenue, obstructing official business, Nov. 21; and Levin B. Redman, 20, Annesley Road, driving under suspension, Nov. 21.
