Joseph K. Horvath, 16, Brookdale Road, East Liverpool was eastbound on state Route 558 in Unity Township at 8:15 p.m. Saturday and crossed the center line and ran off the left side of the road and struck an embankment and overturned. He was cited for failure to control.
Tyler D. Postiy, 23, Alliance, was eastbound on Hartley Road in Knox Township at 4:35 p.m. Saturday and ran off the right side of the road and then the left side and struck a ditch, a utility pole and overturned. He was cited for OVI, failure to control and seat belt.
Richard L. Cunningham, 71, Amsterdam, Jefferson County, had pulled out of a private drive off state Route 45 in Salem at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday and struck Bryan R. Hobbins, 37, state route 534, Salem, who was southbound on state Route 45. Cunningham was cited for right of way.
James E. Owen, 61, Winona Road, Winona, was northbound on Homeworth Road in Knox Township at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday and went off the right side of the road and into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.
Garry D. Frank, 55, Steubenville-Pike, Lisbon, was stopped northbound on state Route 45 in Center Township at 5:39 p.m. Thursday and Nichole L. Phillips, 18, East 7th Street, Salem, failed to stop in time and struck his vehicle. Phillips was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Christopher J. Heck, 22, Spokane, Wash., was eastbound on state Route 39 in Yellow Creek Township at 9:37 p.m. Oct. 15 and went left of center and struck an embankment. He was cited for failure to control.
Gail L. Lindsey, 59, state Route 45, Wellsville, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in Elkrun Township at 8:10 p.m. Oct. 15 and hit a deer.
Reginald J. Miller, 41, Sherman Street, Lisbon, was southbound on state Route 164 in Fairfield Township at 3:28 p.m. Friday and attempted to pass Joseph Yeboah, 48, Youngstown, who was stopped in the road and attempting an improper U-turn and Yeboah struck his vehicle. Yeboah was cited for U-turn.
