Daniel R. Ree, 49, McClure Avenue, East Palestine, was southbound on Leetonia Road in Salem at 8:26 p.m. Oct. 15 and went off the left side of the road and struck an embankment. He was cited for failure to control and driving under suspension.
Noelle A. Poole, 17, West Pennsylvania Avenue, Sebring, was westbound on U.S. 62 in Knox Township at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 6 when an unknown vehicle southbound on 12th Street turned left onto U.S. 62 and into her path. Poole swerved left striking two cars in the eastbound lane driven by Patricia A. Geiselman, 52, Fifth Street, Beloit, and Shawn M. Blymiller, 20, Mountz Road, Minerva. Blymiller's vehicle went off the right side of the road and struck two wooden posts and the unknown vehicle continued on. Poole and Blymiller were taken to Alliance Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and Blymiller's passenger, Carol A. Cunningham, was taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
Dennis R. Kochever, 45, of Ashtabula, was southbound on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 11:12 a.m. Oct. 9 and Darryl T. Adams, 68, Samuel Street, East Liverpool, was northbound on Heck Road and pulled from a stop sign and struck Kochever who then went off the right side of the road and struck a sign. Adams was cited for right of way.
Ronald E. Knight, 42, Stookesberry, Lisbon, was southbound on state Route 45 in Center Township at 9:25 a.m. Oct. 9 and hit a deer.
Herman D. Cvetan, 60, New Castle, Pa., was westbound on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 6:30 a.m. Thursday and Kevin L. McCurry, 45, Sharpsville, Pa., was southbound on state Route 165 and attempted to turn left onto state Route 14 and struck Cvetan. McCurry was cited for right of way.
John V. Young, 68, state Route 154, Rogers, was eastbound on state Route 154 in Lisbon at 7 p.m. Wednesday and hit a deer.
Edward W. Thomas, 35, Dover, Tuscarawas County, and Herbert L. Hatfield, 51, South West Street, Minerva, were eastbound on U.S. 30 in West Township at 8:23 a.m. Thursday and Hatfield's vehicle experienced brake problems and he drove off the right side of the road to avoid a collision and struck a guardrail and Thomas' vehicle from behind. Hatfield was cited for unsafe vehicle.
Paul M. Yasher, 51, New Castle, Pa., was northbound on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 7 a.m. Sunday and drove off the left side of the road, lost control and struck a guardrail and re-entered the road and rested on the berm. He abandoned the vehicle and was later cited for failure to control and hit-skip.
Dale C. Felger, 56, Taylor Road, Negley, reported on Oct. 2 he was eastbound on Taylor Road in Middleton Township on Sept. 24 and an unknown vehicle was westbound and the two vehicles made contact with each other as they passed.
Carlos Williams Aquil Fleites, 39, Miami, Fla., was eastbound on Kountz Avenue in Liverpool Township at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and drove off the right side of the road and struck a sign and a concrete culvert. He was cited for failure to control.
Timothy B. Duble, 66, Main Street, Leetonia, and Paul J. Glicken, 55, of Las Vegas, were northbound and stopped at a stop sign on state Route 164 in Fairfield Township at noon on Oct. 4 and Glicken backed into Duble's vehicle. Glicken was cited for improper backing.
Peter P. Butchko, 76, Clingan Road, Poland, was southbound on state Route 7 in Madison Township at 10:54 a.m. Wednesday and drove off the left side of the road, through a gravel lot and a golf course and continued southbound and struck a tree. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries.
Paula S. Cope, 57, Academy Lane, Damascus, was northbound on Cherry Valley Road in Salem at 12:24 p.m. Wednesday and went off the right side and into a ditch before hitting a guy wire. She was cited for failure to control.
Terry L. Gorby, 65, Bolton, Mass., was eastbound on state Route 154 in Middleton Township at 1:10 p.m. Friday and James A. Evans, 54, Chamberlain Street, Negley, was westbound on state Route 154. Gorby said a rock kicked up off the road from under Evans' vehicle and struck his windshield.
James R. Starcher, 49, Ripley, Brown County, was westbound on U.S. 30 in Columbiana at 11:10 a.m. Saturday and hit a deer.
Melissa S. Adams, 45, state route 14, East Palestine, was westbound on state Route 14 in Knox Township at 9 p.m. Oct. 4 when an unknown vehicle attempting to pass as she turned left into her driveway struck her vehicle and continued on.
