WELLSVILLE - Morrow, Evelyn Lois ( Reynolds) Culp, 102 , of Wellsville passed away on Oct. 6, 2012, at Crandall Medical Center, Sebring.
Evelyn was born in 1910 in Toronto, the daughter of Lloyd and Stella Irene Reynolds, where Lloyd was the Toronto Fire Chief for many years. In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by two brothers, George A. and Richard E. Reynolds and son in law Robert P. Goyne.
She married Arthur E. Culp of Wellsville, in 1935. After he passed away in 1962, she managed his Wellsville drug store, Culp Pharmacy, for 22 more years. Evelyn married attorney William J. Morrow in 1968. They lived in Steubenville until his death in 1984. In her later years, Evelyn lived in Omaha, Neb., and Green Bay, Wis., near her daughter and family, but eventually returned to her native Ohio.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Culp Goyne of Green Bay, Wis.; grandchildren, Michael Arthur Goyne (wife Janet) of Grand Rapids, Mo., and Elizabeth Goyne Brent (husband, Alan) of Pewaukee, Wis.; two great-grandchildren, Claire Elyse Goyne and Devon Brent; and a niece, Irene Reynolds Johnson (husband Phil) of San Antonio, Texas.
Evelyn was a graduate of Kent State University and taught elementary school for over 25 years. She was a long time member of the Wellsville United Methodist Church, the Arts Club and Library Board. She was also a member of P.E.O.
Private family services will be held in Wellsville, Oct. 22, 2012.
Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
