An OVI charge against David S. Lasky, 45, East Lake Road, Lisbon, was dismissed in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on Friday.
According to court documents, Lasky was accused of driving a motorized bicycle without headlights southbound on Depot Road in Perry Township at 1:05 a.m. on June 23. Additionally, Laskey has four prior OVI convictions in the past six years, making the charge a fourth degree felony.
No reason was given for the dismissal on court documents.
Jeffrey D. Coleman, 48, Leslie Road, Lisbon, pleaded no contest in Columbiana County Common Pleas on Oct. 12 to a fourth-degree felony OVI. He faces up to 30 months in prison, a $10,500 fine and a lifetime operators license suspension. Sentencing is set for Jan. 3.
