The Review

In Municipal Court Wednesday, Seth R. Steele, 21, Lisbon Street, was fined $475, sentenced to 90 days, 85 suspended, had his license suspended one year and was placed on probation two years for each of two counts of OVI. He was fined $65 for failure to control, with a second count of failure to control and a prohibitions charge both dismissed. He was fined $100 for open container in a motor vehicle.

Pamela S. Risbeck, 37, Ogden Street, was sentenced to 50 jail days for theft.

Michael A. French, 21, South Park Circle, was fined $150, sentenced to 10 days for driving under suspension-drug related and was fined $65 for left of center. On a probation violation for an earlier drug paraphernalia charge, he had 20 previously suspended jail days re-imposed.

A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Jennell E. Clair-Bolton, 31, Depot Street, Rogers, after it was found to be an error by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

A domestic violence charge was dismissed against James J. Conrad, 34, Montrose Avenue after the alleged victim failed to appear twice, having reportedly moved away.

A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Jacob D. Rodgers, 31, Mary Street after the prosecutor reviewed the evidence.

Brandi L. Haines, 31, Lisbon Street, was fined $200 and sentenced to jail days for obstructing official business.

A domestic violence charge against Elleck S. Quinn, 35, Valley Avenue, was amended to disorderly conduct, for which he was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 23 suspended, and placed on probation two years.

An assault charge was amended to disorderly conduct against Julia L. Smith, 42, Newton Falls, who was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation three years.

An assault charge against Judy L. Kireta, Chester Avenue, was amended to disorderly conduct, for which she was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended and placed on probation three years.
