Kristey L. Armstrong, 30, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was northbound on Lisbon Road in Salem at 3:58 p.m. Sunday and drove off the right side of the road and struck a row of mail boxes. She was cited for failure to control.
Kimberly D. Smith, 45, Rochester, Pa., was eastbound on state Route 154 in Middleton Township at 3:30 p.m. Saturday and approaching the state Route 7 intersection when Polly A. Arter, 39, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, attempted to make a left turn out of a gas station parking lot onto state Route 154 and failed to yield and was struck by Smith. Arter was cited for failure to control and Smith's passenger, Sakia Smith, 7, Rochester, Pa., was taken to Beaver Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries.
