In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday Nicholas Mohr, 29, East Grant Street, East Palestine, was fined $1,350, had his license suspended for three years and was sentenced to a year in jail for OVI third offense and reckless operation. The OVI third offense was amended from a felony OVI fourth offense.
Mary E. Northrup, 27, Jennings Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $1,050, had her license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 90 days in jail for assault, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, driving without a license, hit skip and assured clear distance. The assault charge had been amended from a felonious assault, which stemmed from Northrup spitting into the face of Lisbon Patrolman R. Harr, as well as attempting to both kick and bite him on July 11.
Pamela S. Bradds, 44, Bell Road, Lisbon, was fined $975, had her license suspended for 180 days, sentenced to 20 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, hit skip and failure to control.
Jason E. Bradley, 38, Parma, was fined $875, had his license suspended for 12 months, required 30 hours community service and sentenced to 10 days in jail for OVI second offense and speeding.
Arthur A. King, 56, Hermitage, Pa., was fined $755, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense, open container and marked lanes.
Kirsten R. Eberhardt, 19, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $700, had her license suspended for 180 days, sentenced to three days in school and required 25 hours community service for underage OVI, lane violation, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
William J. Purnell II, 29, Springdale Avenue, Salem, was fined $550, had his license suspended for 180 days, was sentenced to five days in jail and required 80 hours community service for no license, speeding and reckless operation amended from failure to comply.
Samuel R. Entrikin, 36, Lisbon Road, Leetonia, was fined $250 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Michael S. Smith, 30, McCracken Road, Salem, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.
Joseph S. Messenger, 20, Woodsdale Road, Hanoverton, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from assault after he allegedly confronted another man for being a "child molester" and head butted him in Centennial Park in Salem on Sept. 5.
