In Municipal Court Tuesday, Ricardo J. Gonzales, 51, Ruth Street, was found guilty but not fined for expired operator's license. He posted bond to pay the court costs, and it was noted he had obtained a valid license two days following his traffic stop.
Charges of failure to comply with zoning regulations and failure to obtain a curb cutting permit were dismissed against Jeffrey W. Hall, South Park Circle. He was assessed court costs. According to the planning department, both issues relating to his business, Hall of Legends, Mulberry Street, were addressed and satisfied at a recent Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
