Thomas M. Lynch, 30, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was eastbound on Pancake-Clarkson Road in Middleton Township at 2:30 a.m. Thursday and went off the right side of the road and into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control and no driver's license.
Aaron L. Penny, 21, Stookesberry, Lisbon, was westbound on state Route 518 in Madison Township at 8:34 a.m. Friday and lost control and went off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned. He was cited for failure to control and treated at the scene for non-incapacitating injuries.
Corey J. Seidner, 19, Stateline Road, Petersburg, was eastbound Heck Road in Unity Township at 3:22 p.m. Saturday and turned left onto Beaver Lake Road and went off the right side of the road and overturned. He was cited for failure to control.
